All schools are required to publish a SEN information report, the contents of which must be updated annually.  This report sets out how we as a school meet the needs of all children and gives further details around the support we provide and should include:

• the types of SEND that are provided for
• how we identify children and young people with SEN and how we assess their needs, including how to contact the school SENDCo
• arrangements for consulting parents of children with SEN and involving them in their child's education
• how we work with young people with SEN
• arrangements for assessing and reviewing children's progress towards outcomes
• arrangements for supporting children and young people in moving between phases of education and in preparing for adulthood
• the approach to teaching pupils with SEN
• support for improving emotional and social development and the provision for this
• how the school works with external agencies
